Estimator, Construction, Building & Residential Construction

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to join our joinery and fit-out team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and supporting the tendering process for custom joinery and interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for joinery and fit-out works.
• Perform material take-offs and quantity surveying.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Prepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost reports.
• Coordinate with the design, production, and project teams.
• Monitor market prices and maintain estimating databases.

Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of estimating experience in joinery, carpentry, or interior fit-out.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, manufacturing processes, and installation methods.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• UAE experience preferred.
