Job Description
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Construction Manager in Dubai, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities- Lead construction projects from planning through final handover.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Develop and monitor project schedules and milestone completion.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
- Enforce site safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Resolve technical and operational challenges in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Advanced project management software proficiency.
- Contract administration experience.
- Large-scale infrastructure project exposure.
Candidates should possess 8–10 years of construction management experience with a proven track record of managing medium to large-scale projects. Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets, and delivering projects within timelines is essential.
Education- Minimum:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering - Preferred:
Master's Degree in Construction Management / Project Management - Additional: PMP, PRINCE2, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications
