Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate daily site operations ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Supervise and guide a team of skilled laborers and tradespeople fostering a productive and safe work environment.
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings translating them into actionable work plans for the crew.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols conducting regular site inspections to mitigate risks and prevent accidents.
- Possess a strong foundation in civil engineering or a related technical field, evidenced by a diploma or degree.
- Hold relevant certifications in construction safety (e.g., OSHA) and site supervision (CIVIL/MEP/POOL/FITOUT/JOINERY).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in a supervisory role within the construction/maintenance industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing teams and overseeing complex construction projects.
- Preferring experience in civil/mep/maintenance/swimming pool/fit out/joinery.
