Job Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and oversee the execution of interior fit‑out and joinery projects from initiation to handover.
- Manage project schedules, resources, manpower, materials and subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and project requirements to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, procurement and site teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor site progress, quality standards and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and submit project progress reports, site updates and management reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials required for project execution.
- Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Attend project meetings with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project costs and support commercial teams in controlling project expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards and company procedures.
- Manage snagging, testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
- Support the preparation of variation orders, technical submissions and project documentation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–8 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit‑Out and Joinery projects.
- Interior Fit‑Out experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing commercial, retail, hospitality, office, residential or turnkey fit‑out projects.
- Strong knowledge of project execution, construction methodologies, materials and fit‑out finishes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, specifications and BOQs.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal departments.
- Strong understanding of project planning, resource allocation, quality control and project reporting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.
- Hands‑on experience managing interior fit‑out projects from award through final handover.
- Strong capability in client coordination, project execution, subcontractor management and site supervision.
- Ability to deliver projects within budget, quality standards and agreed timelines.
- Experience handling project documentation, variation orders, progress tracking and consultant approvals is highly preferred.
