Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with Interior Fit‑Out experience to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and tender submissions for interior and fit‑out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, materials, and estimation processes related to interior works.
Key Responsibilities- Review tender documents, drawings, and fit‑out specifications
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take‑offs, and detailed cost estimates
- Analyze project costs including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare tender and bid submissions accurately and within deadlines
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams
- Monitor market prices and material costs
- Support budgeting and project planning activities
- Ensure estimation accuracy for interior and fit‑out works
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil estimation and interior fit‑out projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit‑out works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
