Construction - Lab Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive testing on construction materials like concrete, asphalt, and soil to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Accurately record and document all test results, preparing detailed reports for project managers and engineers.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring precision and reliability of testing procedures.
• Prepare material samples for testing, including cutting, grinding, and mixing as required by testing protocols.

• Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent;
  Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or engineering field is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician or NICET certification are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on experience in a construction materials testing laboratory setting.
• Familiarity with construction materials and their properties, gained through experience in the civil engineering or construction industry.
