Civil Estimator – Interior Fit

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Civil Estimator with Interior Fit‑Out experience to prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quantity take-offs, and tender submissions for interior and fit‑out projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project costing, materials, and estimation processes related to interior works.

• Review tender documents, drawings, and fit‑out specifications.
• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and detailed cost estimates.
• Analyze project costs including materials, labor, and subcontractor pricing.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare tender and bid submissions accurately and within deadlines.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Monitor market prices and material costs.
• Support budgeting and project planning activities.
• Ensure estimation accuracy for interior and fit‑out works.

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in civil estimation and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials and fit‑out works.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
