• Coordinate project and site activities from planning through completion and successful handover.
• Support the timely and efficient delivery of interior fit‑out and joinery projects.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project schedules, resources, materials, and overall project progress.
• Identify and resolve site issues to minimise disruption and maintain project timelines.
• Ensure project activities comply with applicable quality and safety standards.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with relevant project stakeholders.
• Support project handover activities and ensure outstanding requirements are effectively addressed.
• Maintain effective communication between site teams, management, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Assist with project documentation, scheduling, reporting, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Support material planning and ensure required resources are available according to project requirements.
• Use AutoCAD and scheduling software to support project coordination activities where required.
• Contribute to client satisfaction through professional communication, timely delivery, and quality execution.

• Relevant professional experience in interior fit‑out, construction, or joinery.
• Strong understanding of project coordination and site activities.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and scheduling software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve site‑related issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Understanding of quality and safety standards applicable to construction and fit‑out projects.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
