• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit‑out and exterior construction projects.
• Ensure all construction works are executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and established project timelines.
• Coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare accurate daily and weekly site reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with applicable quality and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while providing engineering support throughout project execution.
• Manage materials, manpower, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction activities meet required quality standards.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to support accurate project execution.
• Support timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Communicate project requirements clearly to subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
• Assist in addressing site‑related challenges and implementing practical engineering solutions.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in interior fit‑out and exterior construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, finishing works, interior fit‑out, and exterior works.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• A valid UAE Driving Licence is considered an advantage.
• Candidates must currently be available in the UAE.
• Strong organizational and site management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and project stakeholders.
