Senior Resident Engineer - Consultancy

• Lead delivery of roads, utilities, drainage, and infrastructure works, ensuring time, cost, quality, safety, and RTA compliance.
• Manage contractors and supervision teams to ensure works are completed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and programme milestones.
• Oversee inspections, quality assurance activities, HSE compliance, and Traffic Management Plan implementation.
• Resolve technical, utility, traffic, and site interface issues to maintain project progress and minimise delays.
• Review construction programmes, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, and technical deliverables.
• Represent the client in stakeholder meetings, manage variations and claims, and ensure compliance with RTA and authority requirements.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years' experience delivering major infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and
  underpasses
  .
• Previous RTA project experience within the UAEpreferred but not essential.
• Arabic speaker preferred.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure construction, quality control, authority approvals, and industry standards.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder management.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple projects.
