CCECC is urgently seeking a Quantity Surveyor specializing in building structures for the Al Maktoum International Airport project in Dubai. Candidates with experience in large-scale building projects, structural works, and major UAE construction developments are preferred.
Applicants should demonstrate relevant quantity surveying experience and strong coordination and documentation capabilities. Airport, terminal, concourse, substructure, foundation, piling, and reinforced concrete project experience will be advantageous.
Requirements andPreferred Experience
- Relevant quantity surveying experience in building or structural construction.
- Experience with major construction projects in the UAE preferred.
- Exposure to substructure, foundations, piling, or reinforced concrete works is advantageous.
- Airport, terminal, or concourse project experience preferred.
- Strong technical documentation and coordination skills.
- Availability to join within 15 days preferred.
