  • Plan, shoot, and edit visuals that go beyond storytelling—they immerse the audience.
  • Obsess over light like it’s your co‑director—natural, artificial, sculpted to perfection.
  • Use camera moves that flow like choreography—guided emotion, not gimmicks.
  • Capture textures, expressions, and environments that hit the viewer straight in the chest.
• 2 | Elevate Every Frame Through Color and Sound
  • Take raw footage and transform it into visual poetry through thoughtful color grading.
  • Work closely with music, sound design, and pacing to maximize emotional impact.
  • Know when to push the aesthetic envelope—and when to let simplicity speak loudest.
• 3 | Own Your Process from A to Z
  • Operate with full autonomy—you’re not waiting to be told what to do—you’re already doing it.
  • Manage your equipment, files, and workflow with precision.
  • Collaborate when needed, but create like an artist in flow.

• You know how to light a scene that gives chills.
• You’re a master of cinematic camera techniques—dolly, gimbal, handheld, you name it.
• You breathe life into footage through color, contrast, and emotion.
• Your tools:
  Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and any gear that serves the story.
• You’re endlessly curious, always pushing your visual language.

• A one‑person army: autonomous, reliable, and self‑driven.
• Obsessed with excellence, not paralyzed by perfection.
• Artistic soul, execution beast—you get things done beautifully.
• Comfortable receiving raw feedback—growth > ego.
• Not just a videographer, but a visual storyteller.
• Strong desire to create the Wow effect.

• English: fluent. Written communication is in English.
• French: ideally bilingual.

• Based in Dubai or planning to relocate in the near future.
• Full‑time, freelance, or mission‑based—flexibility in structure.
• French‑speaking is a plus; not speaking is still great.
• High expectations—this is a team of A‑players only.
