Multimedia Content Producer

We are seeking a Dubai based Multimedia Content Producer to join our marketing team.

This exciting new role will assume complete responsibility for planning, capturing, producing, and editing high-quality video/photo and motion/animation for publishing as social content, podcasts, ads, and corporate media.

The role sits within the CX Community Engagement team and also works closely with the Director General, his office, and other department leaders, ensuring timely and high-standard delivery of visual and social content that exemplifies our award-winning brand.

• Produce compelling, on-brand multimedia content (video, audio, motion, and stills) for corporate, social, and event channels.
• Maintain exceptional production standards across filming, sound, graphics, animation, and editing — ensuring colour accuracy, typography consistency, and smooth transitions that reflect global design excellence.
• Operate with professionalism and composure during high-profile leadership and VIP engagements.
• Balance speed and quality, delivering same-day or next-day social edits where required.
• Uphold confidentiality, discretion, and cultural awareness when filming internal and external subjects.

• Film and photograph executive visits, leadership events, and stakeholder interactions across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the wider UAE; domestic travel sometimes at short notice.
• Script, film and edit content for multiple formats — Instagram Reels, Tik Toks, Linked In, You Tube, internal channels, and event highlights.
• Produce and edit podcast episodes, short features, and behind-the-scenes storytelling pieces.
• Create motion graphics, simple animations, transitions and effects to create engagement and brand expression on content assets.
• Leverage, but not rely on AI-assisted video enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
• Manage pre-production (briefs, scripts, shot lists), filming logistics, and post-production workflows.
• Collaborate with the Community Engagement team on creative direction, storyboarding, and scheduling.
• Ensure brand compliance in every deliverable and manage file/asset organization and version control.
• Stay updated on emerging multimedia and AI content tools for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Production, Communications, or related field
• Advanced skills in Capcut, Adobe CC;
  Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition and other key tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate and social work for recognized UAE brands/institutions
• Proficiency in English with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Arabic and UAE cultural context
• Expertise in motion graphics, animation, and audio mixing
• Knowledge of social media formats, optimization, and platform trends

• 2-5 years of experience producing multimedia content for established brands or institutions
• Proven ability to shoot, edit and deliver same-day content for social channels
• Demonstrated success in producing leadership or VIP-level video coverage
• Familiarity with UAE corporate/government event protocols
• Experience producing podcasts and multi-camera setups
