The ideal candidate is creative, detail‑oriented, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment where quick turnarounds and openness to feedback are essential.
- Edit and produce short‑form videos for social platforms (Reels, Tik Tok, Shorts) with strong pacing, captions, and visual effects.
- Create long‑form You Tube videos, integrating b‑roll, transitions, and motion graphics.
- Apply clean sound design and ensure all content meets brand standards.
- Collaborate with team members to interpret scripts and implement feedback efficiently.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all deliverables.
- Proven experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing both short and long‑form content.
- Proficiency in Cap Cut and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
- Ability to use transitions, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance storytelling.
- Experience working with scripts, brand guidelines, and b‑roll footage.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to accept and implement feedback.
- Fast turnaround times and strong organizational skills.
- Real‑estate industry knowledge is a plus but not required.
- Availability for a full‑time contract position; remote candidates welcome.
