Junior Graphic Designer

We are looking to hire a Junior Graphic Designer who will support brand design development and contribute to high-quality creative assets across print and digital platforms for our client based in Dubai – one of the largest and most respected luxury hospitality groups in the region.

This is role will have an initial contract of 6 months and is renewable based on performance and business needs.

The position sits within the Brand Design Department and reports directly to the Global Creative Brand Manager
.

We are looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer who is enthusiastic about producing refined visual content and bringing creative concepts to life. You should also have experience in Adobe Creative Cloud applications and possess strong attention to detail, layout sense, and brand consistency.

• Support the development of branded assets across campaigns, hotel collateral, OS&E, presentations, and digital/social content
• Adapt, refine, and roll out templated designs while ensuring accuracy and brand alignment
• Prepare production-ready artwork files and coordinate with suppliers when required
• Assist in maintaining and updating brand assets across platforms such as Brand Hub/Frontify
• Collaborate with senior designers and internal stakeholders to execute creative concepts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and visual solutions
• Review and quality-check design outputs before final delivery
• Maintain organized design files and structured asset libraries

• 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design (luxury or hospitality experience is advantageous)
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy
• Basic exposure to motion graphics or social content creation is a plus
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment
