AHS, a premier name in luxury real estate development, is seeking a talented Video Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that showcases our luxurious properties and captures the essence of our brand. You will work collaboratively with marketing and design teams to create engaging visual narratives that resonate with our upscale clientele.

• Edit and assemble recorded footage into polished videos for marketing and promotional purposes
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with marketing goals
• Use motion graphics and visual effects to enhance video content
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all video projects
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Review raw footage and select the best takes for editing
• Coordinate with on-camera talent to ensure cohesive storytelling
• Stay up to date with industry trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve editing skills
• Provide input on new ideas for video content that engages and informs our audience
• Upload finished videos to various platforms and optimize for web and social media

• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the luxury real estate or related industry (3-5 years)
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) and motion graphics software (After Effects, etc.)
• Strong understanding of video production processes and visual storytelling
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of narrative and aesthetics
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with color grading and audio post-production is a plus
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work, particularly in luxury or lifestyle industries
