Graphic Designer

• We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate client requirements into captivating designs. Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of design trends, , and the ability to create visually appealing and brand content for multiple disciplines.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Create and support on graphics for projects/campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Ensure that all graphics align with the brand’s identity and maintain a consistent look and feel while maintaining a standard of delivery.
• Create designs that encourage interaction, engagement, and sharing, helping to amplify activations and campaign visually.
• Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to create innovative and relevant content.
• Work closely with the project managers, creative, and client servicing teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative design solutions.
• Be open to giving and receiving feedback to help improve the quality, speed and effectiveness of the team and output.
• Design eye-catching graphics for both physical and digital platforms, from physical temporary and permanent spaces, to online and social platforms.
• Proven track record of professional graphic design experience in the MENA region over the past 2 years.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Basic knowledge of Figma and must understand the process of working with motion graphic designers. Illustration skills are a plus.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with a strong sense of creativity and originality. Curious, always exploring new trends and ideas. Assessing your work and finding ways to improve.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to converse and create in Arabic is a bonus but not neccessay.
• Ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects and tasks, completing work within tight timelines

Candidates should have a proven track record of professional graphic design experience in the MENA region over the past 2 years, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media design projects across various platforms.

Demonstrate an ability to clearly structure your thinking in response to creative challenges. Work with the wider creative team to proactively contribute to the ideation process. Create assets for presentations and artwork ready files for print and digital output. Contribute to internal design tasks including website branding, case study design, etc.
