At Q, we work with a diverse portfolio of clients across industries including lifestyle, F&B, wellness, hospitality to name a few. We have scheduled shoots each month, offering consistent opportunities to create engaging visual content. Our in‑house studio‑equipped with professional gear‑is available for use, although you’re welcome to use your own equipment if preferred.

We’re looking for someone with a strong creative vision, solid technical skills and the ability to translate brand stories into compelling, high‑quality visual content. The ideal person will be experienced, adaptable and passionate about producing video work that reflects Q’s brand identity and standards.

You should be comfortable working with professional video and audio equipment and proficient in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of narrative, reliability and the ability to handle projects independently while delivering high‑quality work on time.

You’ll be expected to coordinate with internal team members, clients and supporting agencies to ensure shoots run smoothly and meet project objectives.

• Based in the UAE with reliable transport to travel to client locations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and Q’s internal teams.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate varying shoot times.
