Role Overview
Lead the social media strategy across all brands, driving engagement, growth, and brand consistency. Own planning, execution frameworks, and performance tracking while guiding the content team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement social media strategies for ten companies
- Build monthly content calendars, posting schedules, and tracking systems
- Identify content opportunities across projects, events, talent deployment, and campaigns
- Write copy, captions, scripts, and storyboards
- Direct Content Creator, photographers, and designers to ensure brand alignment
- Oversee content for construction milestones, events, activations, and project transformations
- Monitor performance, provide insights, and deliver monthly improvement plans
- Maintain consistent brand tone and identity across all platforms
- Stay updated on trends, best practices, and platform changes
- Proven experience managing multiple brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Snapchat, X, You Tube
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with performance and ROI focus
- Highly organized with multitasking and leadership ability
- Experience in event or construction content is a plus
