Core Competencies:
Deep expertise in lighting artistry and design capabilities.
Proficient in the characteristics of various lighting fixtures (computer-controlled lights, LED lights, conventional lights, etc.) and programming of control consoles (e.g., Grand
MA2, Hog4).
Understanding of television camera requirements for lighting (color temperature, illuminance, light ratios).
Familiarity with stage structures and scenic design, enabling seamless collaboration.
On-site operational skills and the ability to adjust lighting effects according to program progression.
Job Responsibilities:Design lighting concepts based on program style, director's requirements, and scenic design.
Develop lighting equipment lists and lighting layouts.
Install, debug, and program lighting equipment on-site.
Operate lighting consoles during rehearsals and live broadcasts to achieve designed effects or make real-time adjustments according to workflow and camera needs.
Collaborate with camera operators to ensure lighting meets filming requirements.
Ensure safe operation of lighting equipment.
Job Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in lighting design or operation for large-scale performances and variety shows.
- Proficient in programming and operating mainstream lighting consoles.
- Extensive knowledge of lighting fixtures and lighting design experience.
- Strong artistic sense and aesthetic judgment.
- Preference given to candidates with extensive television lighting production experience.
- Preference given to candidates with backgrounds in Theater and Film Art Design, Lighting Design, Stage Technology, or related fields.
- Fluency in English is a must. Proficiency in Portuguese language is a plus.
