MENAT Short Video Operations Project Intern (Tik Tok LIVE) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)
Join the Tik Tok LIVE team in the MENAT region to optimize creator experience. This internship spans a minimum of 3 months, is based in Dubai, and focuses on growth, campaigns, and creator support through data‑driven initiatives.
Responsibilities- Drive growth in Tik Tok LIVE creators’ short video output and quality across the MENA region through data analysis, campaign execution, and cross‑functional collaboration to meet business targets.
- Design and launch short video challenges tailored for the MENA market, developing tiered reward mechanisms and engagement strategies for different levels and types of LIVE creators to boost appeal and promote campaigns via in‑app and external channels.
- Collaborate closely with MENA‑based creator networks, delivering support through training sessions, event briefings, and communications to increase the volume and quality of video content from LIVE creators within these networks.
- Monitor daily short video trends and analyze LIVE creator case studies to provide actionable content guidance and topical inspiration, aligned with the capabilities and interests of regional creators.
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong analytical skills, experience in cross‑functional collaboration, and a keen understanding of content trends. Strategic mindset and excellent execution abilities are essential.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, with outstanding communication skills to work effectively within a global team.
