. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management and content creation, with expertise in promoting products in the technology and secure communications sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage content strategies across Linked In
  , Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (formerly Twitter) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Create compelling, high-quality content tailored to secure communication products, including blogs, articles, posts, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with business goals and brand messaging.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for the company's chat support and VPN products.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports and recommendations to optimize strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective content.
• Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and manage feedback to foster positive relationships with the audience.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video creators to produce visual assets for social media and digital campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media content creation and platform management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts on Linked In
  , Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X.
• Strong understanding of secure communication products such as VPNs and chat platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, IT
