The company specializes in cost‑segregation studies that help investment property owners accelerate depreciation, reduce tax burdens, and improve cash flow.

About the role

We are looking for a Video Producer to create high‑quality talking‑head videos for Meta Ads targeting US real‑estate investors aged 35 to 65. Videos are direct‑to‑camera, 15 to 60 seconds, and designed for a serious, high‑trust, financially savvy audience.

What you’ll do

• Produce 3–5 talking‑head videos per batch, refreshed every two months.
• Deliver traditional, professional‑style videos suitable for wealthy and B2B audiences.
• Incorporate AI or UGC‑style formats when appropriate, without reducing credibility.
• Ensure fast turnaround and consistent quality.

Who we’re open to

• AI‑native producers using tools like Hey Gen or Synthesia who can deliver natural‑looking videos.
• Traditional producers – someone with access to diverse talent who can direct and deliver talking‑head video quickly.

Requirements

• Portfolio of relevant video or ad creative.
• Own work equipment; application/apps can be provided by the client.
• Preferred background in financial services, real estate, or B2B.

Ongoing work

We spend approximately $70 k per month on Meta Ads and need continuous creative refreshes. This is a long‑term opportunity for the right producer.
