We are seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Event Producer to join our Consumer Goods Portfolio. This role will include working on Beautyworld Middle East - one of the most exciting, successful, and creatively driven exhibitions within our portfolio, recognised globally as a leading platform for the beauty and wellness industry.
The Event Producer will be responsible for conceptualising, planning, and delivering compelling conference programmes, stage content, and experiential features that elevate the visitor and exhibitor experience, strengthen brand positioning, and generate commercial value. Working closely with the Head of Content, Show Directors, and cross‑functional teams, you will take ownership of features from concept through to onsite execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:Content & Industry Research
- Conduct ongoing industry research to identify emerging trends, market gaps, and content opportunities aligned with portfolio strategy
- Develop innovative feature and stage concepts that drive event growth, PR impact, and audience engagement
- Proactively source, secure, and manage high‑calibre speakers, partners, and content contributors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, associations, and thought leaders
- Conceptualise and deliver high‑impact conference programmes, workshops, and live stage experiences
- Manage speaker communications including contracts, headshots, bios, and scheduling
- Prepare detailed show schedules and cue sheets, and lead technical rehearsals and live show calling
- Act as onsite project lead for feature delivery from build‑up through to breakdown
- Brief and manage temporary staff supporting stage management
- Develop and manage critical paths to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Creative, Operations, PR, and Finance teams
- Manage external suppliers and partners within agreed budgets
- Support delivery of value‑add initiatives such as roadshows, workshops, and press briefings
- Manage feature budgets, track expenditure, and forecast costs responsibly
- Support negotiation of supplier agreements and manage finance compliance processes
- Identify and deliver creative sponsorship integrations that enhance both audience experience and commercial value
- Ensure sponsor activations meet contractual and brand standards
- 3–5 years’ experience delivering live events, conferences, or experiential programmes
- Proven experience owning projects from concept to execution
- Strong project and budget management capability
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and industry leaders
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; basic design knowledge (Adobe or similar) is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or related field
- Middle East experience and Arabic language skills are advantageous
