Role Overview

We are seeking a Global Design Manager to lead and scale our global creative capability. This role will oversee graphic design, UI/UX design, video & motion content, and ensure consistent, high-quality design output across all global markets.

You will work closely with Branding, Social Media, PR, and Growth teams, as well as external agencies, to translate strategy into powerful visual experiences. The role requires strong leadership, project planning ability, and hands‑on experience delivering large-scale sponsorship and partnership projects.

This position is ideal for a design leader with agency collaboration experience, exposure to Web
3.0 / fintech / emerging tech, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder creative programs.

Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and own the global design vision across all markets and channels
  • Translate brand and sponsorship strategy into scalable visual systems, guidelines, and toolkits
  • Ensure consistency across websites, apps, campaigns, social media, events, sponsorship assets, and videos
  • Continuously elevate creative standards aligned with business and brand growth
  • Lead and oversee design output across:
  • Graphic Design (branding, campaign visuals, ads, sponsorship materials, offline & online assets)
  • Video Editing & Motion Design (brand films, promotional videos, social-first content)
High-quality creative output
  • Clear prioritization across markets
  • Efficient delivery in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Team Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Build, mentor, and manage a global in‑house design team
  • Collaborate closely with:
  • Branding Manager – brand identity, campaigns, IP & sponsorship creative direction
  • Product & Tech Teams – UI/UX feasibility and execution
  • Establish clear workflows and accountability between design, marketing, and product teams
Agency & External Partner Management
  • Lead collaboration with creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers
  • Brief, review, and align agency output with internal brand standards
  • Manage multiple agencies across different regions and project types
  • Ensure agency work integrates seamlessly with in‑house design production
  • Balance cost, quality, timelines, and creative expectations
  • Lead creative direction for major sponsor ships, partnerships, and large-scale brand initiatives
  • Sponsorship branding systems
  • Co‑branded digital & offline assets
  • Campaign and announcement creatives
  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders (internal teams, agencies, partners) to ensure brand consistency and delivery excellence
Project Management & Planning
  • Own end-to-end design project delivery from concept → execution → rollout
  • Plan design roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Manage parallel projects across regions and teams
  • Ensure clarity, efficiency, and predictable delivery under tight deadlines

Key Requirements Professional Background
  • 4+ years of experience in design (branding, digital, product, or video)
  • 2+ years in a design leadership or management role
  • Proven experience working with creative agencies and external partners
  • Background in fintech, Web
    3.0, crypto, or fast-growing global brands is highly preferred
