Creative Director
Define and protect the visual identity of a multi‑sector conglomerate. As Creative Director, you will own the brand language across every Orevida touchpoint, from the corporate website and members platform to portfolio company launches, event collateral, and the personal brand of the founder.
Orevida is building a Soho House‑caliber brand in a Warren Buffett‑scale structure. The aesthetic must be luxurious but not flashy, authoritative but not cold, modern but timeless. You will set the creative standard and ensure every pixel, frame, and printed piece meets it.
You will lead a growing design and content team, collaborate with marketing, and work directly with the CEO on brand‑defining projects. This is not a role for someone who wants to follow briefs. This is for someone who wants to write them.
CompensationCompetitive salary + ORE allocation (profit participation) + Full Orevida membership + Annual team retreats
Responsibilities- Define and evolve the Orevida brand system across all sectors and sub‑brands
- Lead creative direction for major campaigns, product launches, and events
- Build and manage a team of designers, motion artists, and content creators
- Create brand guidelines and design systems that scale across portfolio companies
- Art direct video content, photography, and social media assets
- Collaborate with the CEO on personal brand content strategy and visual direction
- Review and approve all creative output to maintain brand consistency
- Source and manage freelance creative talent as needed
- 8+ years of professional design experience, with 3+ years in creative leadership
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating luxury, corporate, or lifestyle brand work
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tooling
- Strong typographic sensibility and understanding of grid systems
- Experience building and maintaining brand systems across multiple touchpoints
- Proven ability to lead and mentor creative teams
- Understanding of motion design, video production, and digital media
- Strategic thinker who connects creative decisions to business outcomes
- Experience with hospitality, fintech, or luxury brand design
- Background in motion graphics or video direction
- Understanding of web development and design system implementation
- Experience working with founder‑led brands or personal brand content
