Graphic/Media Designer (m/f/d)

• Design and create visual assets for presentations, social media, video materials, event collateral, and internal communications.
• Manage and execute tasks assigned through a structured ticketing system, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Team Lead Creative and Design, Head of Marketing, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Produce both static and motion-based content, including graphics, animations, and video editing as required.
• Support creative consistency and brand alignment across all materials and touchpoints.
• Work closely with the marketing team at HQ while supporting cross‑functional needs, including sales and other departments.
• Stay up to date with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies, including AI‑driven creative solutions.

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools such as Figma, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Experience or exposure to AI‑powered design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Comfy
  
  UI, or similar platforms.
• Solid capabilities in both static design and motion graphics or video editing; experience in 3D tools such as Blender is an advantage.
• Comfortable working within structured workflows and task management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a structured approach to work.
• Fluent in Arabic and English;
  German is an added advantage.
