Graphic Designer Digital Campaigns & Social Assets

Role Summary

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create visually compelling graphics that meet specific commercial and promotional needs, including social media content, banner ads, eDMs, digital campaign visuals, packaging, displays, and logos. The ideal candidate will employ various mediums to achieve artistic effects while demonstrating creativity, a strong command of industry-standard software, and professionalism in managing time, costs, and deadlines.

You will handle multiple design briefs simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on project value.

Role Profile

Client

Collaboration:

Meet with internal clients and brand managers to understand business objectives and project requirements.
Concept Development:
Interpret client needs and develop creative concepts that align with their goals.
Presentation:
Present finalized ideas and concepts, contributing innovative artwork to enhance the overall brief.
Creative Solutions:
Deliver insightful and value-added design solutions that address client branding challenges.
Brief Execution:
Follow both digital and offline briefs from concept through to execution.
Workflow Management:
Work within creative timelines, manage workflow, and ensure accuracy in collaboration with account services and creative leaders.
Team Environment:
Foster a positive and collaborative team atmosphere, demonstrating a team-player attitude to achieve results.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
Minimum of three years of experience in the graphics or advertising industry, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in reading and writing Arabic is essential.
Expert-level knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong background in digital design, including banner ads, social media creatives, eDMs, and landing pages.
Experience in marketing communication design.
