Social Media Manager

Your Role

We are seeking a visionary Social Media Manager who understands the language of luxury and knows how to build digital narratives that resonate with high‑net‑worth audiences. This role is ideal for someone with deep storytelling instincts, strong creative judgment, and a proven ability to elevate luxury brands across digital platforms. You will lead and coordinate the management of 10 social media accounts across platforms including Instagram, Linked In, Tik Tok, Facebook, You Tube, and others.

Your work will define how BARNES Dubai is perceived online— not just as a real estate firm but as a tastemaker in the world of luxury living.

• Oversee and grow the brand's social presence across all platforms.
• Develop and manage editorial calendars and strategic content pillars.
• Guide and execute creative content including Reels, carousels, animations, and branded visuals together with the content team.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (designers, videographers, photographers).
• Manage or support production for luxury video shoots and visual campaigns.
• Use AI tools to streamline ideation, content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
• Analyse performance data and adjust strategy to optimise reach and engagement.
• Maintain a meticulous eye for aesthetic detail and editorial tone.

• Experience with managing high‑end brand accounts or working within top‑tier creative agencies.
• Strong sense of digital storytelling, campaign planning, and platform‑native content.
• Understanding of luxury audiences and their expectations across channels.
• C2‑level English fluency with exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong storytelling skills and a creative approach to content development.
• Proficiency with Meta platforms, Tik Tok, Linked In, and AI content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI).
• Experience coordinating or leading branded photo/video shoots.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts with consistency, polish, and timeliness.
• Exceptional attention to detail in copy, visuals, and scheduling.
