We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who is hands‑on, curious, and eager to grow into a well‑rounded creative professional. This role goes beyond static design and focuses on visual storytelling, video content, and independent execution across multiple platforms. You will support the Marketing team by creating visual and video content, assisting with shoots, editing materials, and contributing ideas to an evolving content pipeline.

The role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, takes ownership of tasks, and is keen to learn across disciplines.

• Create visual assets for digital and print, including presentations, social media content, internal communications, and marketing materials
• Adapt designs to align with brand guidelines and project‑specific requirements
• Support our senior designer with layouts, templates, and creative production

• Edit videos for social media, website, presentations, and internal use
• Assist in developing short‑form and long‑form video content
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, and sound editing
• Contribute to building and maintaining a structured video and content pipeline

• Support basic photo and video shoots of our projects, team events, and behind‑the‑scenes content
• Understand framing, composition, lighting basics, and camera handling
• Assist with setup, shooting, and post‑production preparation

• Contribute creative ideas for content formats, storytelling, and visual concepts Collaboration & Independence
  • Work closely with other team members of the Marketing team as well as other units
  • Manage tasks independently once briefed, including timelines and basic coordination
  • Take ownership for assigned deliverables from start to finish
  Dein Profil
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
  • Proficiency in key design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong skills in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar)
  • Basic understanding of photography and video shooting principles
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple small tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Good communication skills and openness to feedback

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation
  • Basic knowledge of social media formats and content requirements
  • Interest in architecture, exhibitions, events, or other cultural projects
