We are seeking a proactive graphic designer to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced creative environment. In this role you will support our design team in various creative projects from digital and print asset creation to motion graphics and brand development. You’ll have the chance to contribute to client campaigns that enhance user experiences and drive engagement across platforms. This position also offers the opportunity to work on internal projects, including collaborations with educational institutions where you can contribute to workshops and creative initiatives.
Responsibilities- Assist with graphic design projects by creating visuals for digital and print media, including logos, landing pages, brochures, e‑books, and digital ads.
- Support the design team in developing motion graphics and other multimedia content.
- Help maintain design files and ensure all materials meet compliance and legal standards.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new design perspectives and directions.
- Contribute to brand development and visual identity initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for design projects and daily activities.
- Step 1: Initial Interview – Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll schedule an interview to get to know you better and discuss your background and experience.
- Step 2: Skill Assessment – After the interview, you’ll receive a take‑home assessment designed to evaluate your design skills. The assessment includes several design‑related tasks as well as non‑design tasks that simulate the real responsibilities of the role. You’ll have one day to complete it.
- Step 3: Follow‑up Call Interview – Based on your performance in the assessment, we’ll schedule a follow‑up call or interview to discuss your results and answer any questions. If everything aligns, we’ll provide an offer.
- Currently enrolled in or have recently graduated with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Have a strong interest in pursuing a career in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Possess knowledge of UI/UX principles, branding, and digital marketing (a plus, but not required).
- Can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
