We are hiring a Creative Director to join a leading experiential and event agency in their Dubai office.
Our client works with an elite portfolio of brands to turn strategic planning into bold, immersive, and effective creative ideas across physical and digital spaces. This is a hands on, lead by example role for an ambitious leader looking to drive innovation and shape the future of experiential design.
Discover the RoleReporting to the EMEA Executive Creative Director, you will lead, inspire, and grow a multidisciplinary creative team.
You will bridge the gap between brilliant 3D design concepts and flawless project delivery. Your focus will be leading new business pitches, mentoring the team, and integrating cutting edge AI trends to optimise agency workflows and win major industry awards.
Discover the Responsibilities- Think conceptually to solve complex business and creative problems presented by clients.
- Lead new business pitches and present work progress directly to senior clients.
- Mentor less experienced design team members to help them develop concepts and creative execution.
- Maximise the use of AI to streamline the work process and enhance agency effectiveness.
- Build a reliable network of external partners for 3D design, production, and video editing.
- Manage timelines effectively to ensure all regional projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- 10 plus years of deep creative development experience with an award winning portfolio.
- Proven track record as a 3D designer and experiential creative strong in art direction and concepting.
- Expert level knowledge of design software such as Sketch Up, 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, Vectorworks, or AutoCAD.
- Deep experience in events, exhibitions, brand showrooms, and immersive brand experiences.
- Fluent with Adobe Creative Suite and a strong communicator.
- A collaborative mindset with no big egos, able to work well in a fast paced environment.
- For non Arabic speakers, a commitment to understanding the cultural landscape of the Middle East.
