Producer, Personal Finance & Markets

As Producer, Personal Finance & Markets, you will lead the end-to-end creation of high-quality video content covering personal finance, investing, stock markets, and evergreen financial education topics. Your work will directly help thousands of young investors across the Middle East make smarter financial decisions.

• Conceptualise, script, and produce video content (short-form, long-form, explainer videos, and series) that simplify complex topics for a young audience.
• Speak to the audience in an authentic, social-media-friendly style while maintaining MONIIFY’s high editorial standards.
• Present on camera, oversee editing, and manage post-production to deliver polished, on-brand videos.
• Stay on top of regional trends in the GCC and broader Middle East to create timely, relevant content.
• Experiment with new formats and storytelling techniques to make complex financial concepts simple and exciting for a young audience.
• Maintain MONIIFY’s signature style: trustworthy, premium, and highly engaging.
• Build daily/weekly content for You Tube, Tik Tok, Instagram, Linked In, and our own platform for maximum reach and engagement.

• Strong finance and markets knowledge (everything from stocks, ETFs, budgeting, real estate, and long-term investing).
• 5+ years of experience creating content for digital platforms, social media, TV channels, or new media (strong portfolio/reel).
• Fluent or native English;
  Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Creative storytelling skills with the ability to make finance accessible without sacrificing accuracy.
• Strong on-camera presence and comfort presenting for social media.
• Passion for financial education and helping young people build wealth in a fast-paced, growth environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or equivalents (optional).
