Content Creator Intern

The Content Creator Intern is a full-time, on-site internship based in Dubai, responsible for planning and creating the social content that introduces Phat Funk to the world. Since this is a new brand without an existing team or content engine, this role comes with real ownership building content calendars from scratch, shooting and editing short‑form video for Instagram and Tik Tok, and shaping how Phat Funk shows up online.

You'll work closely with the founder to develop ideas, experiment with formats, and figure out what resonates with the freedom to bring your own creative instincts to the table.

We're looking for someone who's resourceful, comfortable working independently, and genuinely excited about building a brand's voice from the very beginning.

• Strong ability to plan, shoot, and edit short‑form video and photo content (smartphone‑shot content is fine creativity matters more than gear)
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and Tik Tok trends, formats, what's working right now and why
• Sharp written communication skills for captions and short‑form storytelling, with the ability to match a bold, no‑noise brand voice
• Genuinely creative and agile comfortable coming up with ideas, testing them, and adapting quickly based on what works
• Strong interest in streetwear, music, and youth culture
• Self‑starter mentality able to manage a content calendar and multiple deliverables with minimal oversight
• Comfortable working on‑site, collaborating directly with the founder/small team
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, media, design, communications, or a related field preferred
• Basic knowledge of design/editing tools (Cap Cut, Canva, or similar)
