Video Editor; Short Form Specialist

About the role

You’re the reason people don’t scroll. You know exactly where to cut, when to zoom, and how to hook someone in the first 1.5 seconds. You understand pacing like a creator, not just an editor — and you know what makes someone watch till the end.

This is a high‑output, high‑impact role where your edits directly drive views, engagement, and growth.

• Edit daily short‑form videos for Tik Tok & Reels.
• Captions
• Hooks
• Transitions
• Sound effects & trending audio
• Optimize pacing and storytelling for retention.
• Repurpose long‑form or live content into snackable edits.
• Collaborate closely on iterations with Creator & Director.

• Proficiency in tools such as Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects / VN.
• Strong understanding of retention mechanics and short‑form editing style.
• Experience with UGC or creator‑style editing preferred.
• Portfolio required.

• Must be legally eligible to work in the UAE (valid UAE work visa).
• Must be legally allowed to create branded content in the UAE (including influencer/content permits where required).
• Comfortable appearing on camera and participating in shoots when required.
• Open to being featured as part of Reckitt brand content during the contract duration.
• Must comply with UAE regulations and Reckitt brand safety guidelines (no association with restricted/prohibited categories).
• Basic hands‑on comfort with Mobile/DSLR cameras, lighting setups, on‑set content production.

• Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑volume content environment.
• Strong understanding of short‑form video culture (Tik Tok, Instagram Reels).
• Team‑first mindset — flexibility to support across roles during shoots.
