We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction through professional communication and support.

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and courteously.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service procedures and standards.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using CRM systems.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure professionally.
