Job Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, or in person

- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain customer records and update databases as required
- Process orders, returns, and service requests
- Coordinate with internal departments to solve customer issues
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through friendly service
- Prepare daily reports and documentation related to customer interactions
- Perform additional administrative tasks assigned by management
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with patience
- Problem‑solving attitude and attention to detail
- Must be currently inside UAE
