The Arts Club Dubai is perfectly located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet, in the brand-new ICD Brookfield Place development designed by Foster + Partners. It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. The club’s membership is a growing community of like‑minded, diverse and dynamic people, all hailing from different cultures and sectors, from the region and further afield.

What Will You Do
  • Manage the membership inbox and ensure all emails are responded to, recorded, and/or forwarded to the appropriate department.
  • Receive incoming calls, answer questions and/or forward to the correct department.
  • Follow up with each application received to confirm receipt and request any missing information.
  • Log all enquiries accurately on the membership CRM with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Receive all membership application forms and input them onto the membership CRM.
  • Keep members informed of the status of their application when appropriate.
  • Keep the membership mailing list up‑to‑date and liaise with the Marketing Team regarding any updates to member contact information.
  • Attend member events, as and when required.
  • Ensure that there is sufficient stock of membership stationery, forms and materials at all times and create purchase requests for anything required.
What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
  • Prepared to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
  • Excellent team‑management, communication and listening skills.
  • Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods of time.
