It is the first international outpost of the celebrated and historical private members’ club, established in 1863 in Mayfair, London. What Will You Do- Manage the membership inbox and ensure all emails are responded to, recorded, and/or forwarded to the appropriate department.
- Receive incoming calls, answer questions and/or forward to the correct department.
- Follow up with each application received to confirm receipt and request any missing information.
- Log all enquiries accurately on the membership CRM with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Receive all membership application forms and input them onto the membership CRM.
- Keep members informed of the status of their application when appropriate.
- Keep the membership mailing list up‑to‑date and liaise with the Marketing Team regarding any updates to member contact information.
- Attend member events, as and when required.
- Ensure that there is sufficient stock of membership stationery, forms and materials at all times and create purchase requests for anything required.
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
- Prepared to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent team‑management, communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods of time.
