We need experienced candidates to fill the position as BACK OFFICE ADMIN in Dubai.

The Admin must have good communication skills through the phone.
Good understanding of customer need.
Responsibilities- Ability to have managerial skills like:
- Follow up the pickup and drop for the staff.
- Organize the schedule considering the road status and other bookings.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
- Follow up with the staff that attended the cleaning service.
- Handling the LPO (Gate pass).
- Follow up the pending payment.
- Doing a quality check with the customer through the phone.
- Build relationship between the company and the customer through the phone.
- Ability to communicate with the staff and the customer through whats
App, Email and Phone.
Previous experience as Admin in Cleaning Company is advantage.
