Key Responsibilities
* Own the first level customer relationship for all BAU activities.
* Coordinate contract execution with relevant stakeholders.
* Manage the end-to-end Sales Order Process.
* Support regulatory customer and internal compliance requirements.
* Manage customer queries and complaints to a satisfactory resolution.
* Support Account Manager in relation to contract delivery.## Requirements
* Ability to manage multiple small-medium size customer accounts.
* Effective handling of customer service inquiries and problems.
* Proficient use of internal tools and systems.
* Strong coordination and communication skills.
