We are You+Baby Studio - a chain of premium photo studios in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha, and Muscat. We create the warmest and most aesthetic stories about pregnancy, newborns, and families.

Photography is more than our work - it’s our joy, and we absolutely LOVE what we do.

As a Customer Service Specialist
, you’ll be the main point of contact for our clients - from the first message to the final photo delivery.

• Be the main contact for clients and manage their bookings
• Ensure the studio is ready and running smoothly every day
• Process payments and keep operations organized
• Handle client questions and concerns with care

• Strong customer care & client satisfaction skills
• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
  Arabic is a plus
• Experience in sales, chat communication, or upselling
• A strong, confident personality with excellent communication
• Fast & accurate typing
• Comfort with digital tools for chat, project management, and file sharing

• 30 paid calendar days off per year
