IIQAF Group is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to manage bookings, reservations, and client inquiries for our travel and tourism operations in Dubai
. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while efficiently handling flight tickets, hotel bookings, tour packages, and travel itineraries

- Handle flight, hotel, and tour package reservations accurately
- Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, and refunds
- Provide expert guidance on travel packages, visa requirements, and destinations
- Maintain accurate reservation records and documentation
- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) for ticketing and reservations
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally
- Achieve monthly reservation and sales targets
- Ensure compliance with travel agency policies and UAE tourism regulations
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Reservation Agent, Travel Consultant, or Ticketing Agent
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced travel environment
- Sales-oriented mindset with ability to upsell travel services
- Familiarity with UAE travel regulations, visa processes, and tourism guidelines
- Experience working in travel agencies or tourism companies in Dubai
- IATA or similar certification (advantage)
- Multilingual skills (Arabic/English)
