Job Description: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:- Previous experience in customer service, onboarding, or a related role is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and thorough onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing procedures and customer needs.
