Salary
: 3500 AED to 5000 AED + Commission up to 5000 AED
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries via phone with confidence and clarity
- Retain and nurture existing students/parents by addressing concerns and following up on satisfaction
- Support sales efforts by identifying opportunities, explaining program details, and achieving enrollment targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads to drive high conversion and retention
- Deliver outstanding service that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships

- Very fluent in English (excellent verbal & written communication);
Tagalog fluency is a strong plus - 2+ years proven experience in customer service + sales (telesales, retention, upselling, enrollment, or collections preferred)
- Strong BPO / call center / contact center background highly valued
- Track record of hitting sales & retention KPIs and closing deals over the phone
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, objection-handling & relationship-building skills
- Fast & accurate typing (35+ WPM) with strong multitasking skills (CRM, Google Workspace, etc.)
- Confident, energetic, professional, and genuinely customer-focused
- Currently in the UAE with valid residency/visa and ready for immediate joining

The ideal candidate should have 2+ years proven experience in customer service + sales (telesales, retention, upselling, enrollment, or collections preferred) qualification and atleast 2 years of experience.
The position require telesales, professional, call center, customer engagement, talent, team, customer, phone, clarity, support, sales, program, enrollment, retention, service, trust, loyalty, requirements, fluent, english, verbal, written communication, customer service, upselling, collections, contact center mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time on rotation job.
Salary vary between 3k to 5k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
