As a Renewals Executive, your primary responsibility is to manage the renewal process of existing companies, ensuring a high renewal rate and customer satisfaction. Youwill play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with clients,understanding their needs, and facilitating the renewal process to secureongoing business.
Requirements- Monitor andtrack upcoming contract expirations or renewals.
- Proactively engage with clients before renewal dates to discuss terms, negotiate contracts,and address concerns and ensure timely renewals
- Act as aprimary point of contact for clients during the renewal process, addressinginquiries and providing necessary information
- Identifyreasons for non-renewals and work with the sales or customer success teams to mitigate issues and retain customers.
- Provide regular reports and insights on renewal performance to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively across departments to address customer needs and concerns relatedto renewals.
