Job Description
We are hiring Female Telecallers for our professional Immigration Consultancy in Dubai. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the immigration services industry.
You will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our immigration and work permit services, and coordinating appointments with consultants.
Candidate Requirements- Female candidates only
- Filipinas (Philippines nationals) preferred
- Indian and Pakistani nationals are also welcome
- English speaking and understanding is mandatory
- Education:
10th pass and above - Basic computer knowledge (calling systems, CRM, Whats App, email) is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Prior experience in Immigration Services / Telecalling will be given preference
- Salary range:
AED 3,000 – AED 5,500 - Fixed basic salary with attractive incentive schemes

Communication & Client Handling- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to confidently handle client calls and inquiries
- Active listening and requirement‑understanding skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer‑first approach
- Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively
- Lead handling and conversion of inquiries into clients
- Comfort with follow‑ups, objections, and closing conversations
- Target‑oriented mindset with a positive and ethical sales approach
- Willingness to learn immigration pathways and visa processes
- Ability to explain work permit options and basic eligibility
- Understanding client profiles and directing them to suitable programs
- Acting as the first point of consultation for immigration inquiries
- Basic computer skills (Whats App, Email, Excel)
- Proper documentation of client details and call notes
- Time management and structured follow‑up handling
- Confident, patient, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a team and follow internal processes
- Willingness to learn and grow into a senior consulting role
- Ethical communication (no false promises or guarantees)
