As a Customer Success Representative, you'll deliver high-quality support for our cloud-based technology solutions, interacting directly with customers through phone, chat, and digital channels.
This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, sales-aware, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Handle product and service inquiries across phone, chat, and digital channels.
- Provide remote technical support and guide customers through solutions.
- Create positive customer experiences on every interaction.
- Make outbound calls, support inside sales activities, and schedule demos.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records and databases. - Coordinate effectively with internal departments and cross-functional teams.
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Support or Customer Success).
- Previous SaaS experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Zoom, Basecamp, and Google Drive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting or contributing to sales activities.

- Stable high-speed internet connection.
