Key Responsibilities
* Greet customers and accurately identify their service needs and concerns.
* Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service packages.
* Prepare clear and accurate service estimates and explain them to customers.
* Effectively communicate with workshop technicians and customers throughout the service process.
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster strong customer relationships.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide prompt resolutions.## Requirements
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair procedures, and technical terminology.
* Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using service department software and diagnostic tools.
