We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Centre Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with their resume writing and career development needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide information about our services and assist customers in choosing the best option for their needs - Schedule appointments for our team of writers and career coaches - Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or call centre role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems - Prior experience in the resume writing or career development industry is a plus Why Work for Us:
