We are looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our team and support our Middle East & Africa region. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy working cross‑functionally with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams, this role is for you!

• Manage the complete order‑to‑invoice cycle for assigned MEA countries, ensuring timely and accurate order entry and logistics coordination.
• Prepare customer quotations in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Ensure seamless and efficient order processing with strong attention to detail.

• Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP.
• Provide ongoing support to customers across the region, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels.

• Assist with dispatch of product samples and ensure prompt delivery.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to the Dubai office, ensuring proper documentation and on‑time deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels to support Sales and fulfill customer needs.
• Update and maintain current price lists.

• Support commission issuance for distributors.
• Assist customers in transitioning to our online ordering platform.
• Develop and maintain SOPs related to customer service and order management.
• Coordinate with the Dubai Chamber of Commerce and other authorities to ensure compliance.

• Generate reports using SAP, BI, and Salesforce.
• Conduct customer and distributor visits as needed.
• Collect and analyze customer forecasts to support planning.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficient communication, order accuracy, relationship building, and collaboration with Sales.
• Excellent problem‑solving and complaint‑resolution skills.
• Experience with SAP, BI tools, and Salesforce.

English is required for this role. Arabic and French skills are beneficial and considered an added advantage.
